The institute was designed on the 10th storey of the building for the studies of students from overseas. Despite the problem-solving needed for the fire-rated walls, the entire scheme of the space was well-executed. The kitchen area had a café-like ambience, with high stools and bar tables, accompanied with some lounging spaces too. The study spaces themselves had back-to-back seating, encouraging semi-privacy but great circulation. Bold colours enhanced the arrangements.
