Honestly, it depends on the project and scope. Each project has different parameters which need to be considered whilst measuring the time. A lot of variables and permits can alter these rough estimates too. For example, takeaway fitouts take around eight to ten weeks. Dental clinic, which are usually larger, can take around eight to twelve weeks. On average, we’d give our projects a thirteen-week mark. However, each project definitely differs in requirements and timelines.

Not all fitouts require consents! Again, very dependent upon the project. Certain renovations are about redoing finishes or facelift as such. These do not need any consents, which does make the process faster to execute. Some projects, in this case, can be conducted within a week. We understand the need for projects to be completed at a face-pace, especially for running businesses. We aim to complete ASAP!

Completely up to you! Usually, our clients hold a lot of confidence in our execution. We’re mostly handed the keys and return them once our job is done.

We aren’t hard and fast about the design, or the build part. We cater to both/and, either/or. We have had a lot of experiences with architects and clients coming in to get the build of the project done by us. Our team works well whilst collaborating too hence, we happily take upon these projects.

As of now, we are happy with expanding within New Zealand.

We are stepping into designing residential projects. We, however, do not do the build for them.
